Sample: ATTN LM: Juan Dela Cruz/e.Quipment LOan/Attached Voter's ID, TIN ID, Nuvelco Receipt, 3 payslips/Censo Asensado (we can proceed to process and you can submit all originals before loan release) We know that distance learning have started for private schools so we will deliver swiftly.
