Commercial and Industrial Loan

This type of loan is being proposed for purposes of aiding or helping the borrower, directly in any commercial or industrial business, by providing him with capital needed for his endeavor, to be invested on capital assets or any expense recoverable for a longer length of time i.e. machinery, equipment, land, building. This financing scheme can range from ₱10,000.00 and up to amount required, without having to exceed 70% of investment requirement and without having to exceed the SBL.

Eligible Borrowers

• Persons of legal age;
• Of good moral character;
• With an existing business or project (retail, wholesale, production or manufacturing) requiring capital recoverable in a medium or long term basis;
• Savings account holder of RBS.
