Yaman sa Kaban
To give access to the agricultural sector more particularly to tenants and other land workers/tillers who otherwise are prey to high cost lending called "Kabanan". This product is also for intensifying our compliance to AGRI AGRA and our mission/vision of building lives and developing the countryside.
Coverage
Tenants -tenants shall pertain to all tenants as appearing on DAR records.
Land Workers -tillers whose income are derived from the produce or yield of their work, whether they own the land or not.
Loanable Amount
Actual need for farm inputs up to the recommended limits as recommended by Agricultural Guarantee Fund Pool (AGFP). Full cashflow shall be considered unless qualified and enrolled with AGFP. Credit worthiness is still a pre-condition.
